The Pine Room
Chef Eleanor Hart cooks with the seasons and the British Isles: Cornish fish, Yorkshire rhubarb, Kentish greens and game from the Highlands, finished over a wood-fired grill. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served beneath the original 1890 skylight.

A low-lit room of green leather and polished brass, where our bar team mixes London-distilled spirits into short, precise cocktails. Live jazz piano on Thursday to Saturday evenings.
